Community Service Project

Partner With Us! 

As part of our Midwest Coaches Conference 2024, our community of coaches is offering the opportunity for one or more selected non profit organizations to identify leaders or members of their organization to engage in a 6-month coaching experience.

Benefits to the Organization: 

Research has demonstrated significant improvements in such outcomes as employee engagement, retention, productivity, and customer satisfaction by investing in coaching. 

We estimate the value of this service is approximately $3,000 per coaching engagement to the selected organization(s). 

The coaches who serve on the Community Service Project are all credentialled coaches who are committed to upholding the ICF code of ethics, have demonstrated competency in established professional coaching skills, and logged at least 100 hours of paid professional coaching.

Application for Partner Organizations

Be a CSP Coach! 

If you are a credentialed ICF coach it is time to share your gifts and make a difference to an important (yet to be determined) cause as part of the 2024 Midwest Coaches Conference in Cincinnati! 

The program includes a minimum of 6 one-hour remote coaching sessions. We also provide various tools and resources including discovery questions, coaching agreement, coaching plan, and others that you are also welcome to use in your own coaching work.
