Are you a Pittsburgh-area non-profit leader, staff member or volunteer who is interested in receiving 3 free coaching sessions?

Coachee Interest Form

As part of our 2018 ICF Midwest Region Coaches Conference in Pittsburgh, our community of coaches is offering pro bono (free!) coaching for nonprofit leaders and staff who work to serve the Southwestern PA Region.

What is coaching?

  • Coaching is a process and partnership, which allows you to accelerate forward.
  • A coach is an objective, confidential, non-judgmental, excellent listener, that helps you uncover the strategies and steps forward.

Benefits of Coaching

  • Gain new insights and expand possibilities
  • Become more balanced in your life
  • Become focused on what’s most important
  • Achieve goals you’ve never thought possible
  • Optimize your inner trust, intuition and self-worth
  • Achieve more with an accountability partner

What coachees can expect:

  • Three (3) Coaching sessions with their individual qualified coach (Preferably two (2) sessions via phone and one session in person during the conference. Scheduling is completely at the discretion of the coach and client.)
  • Each coaching session will be for 60 minutes
  • Coach and coachee will determine agreeable dates and times for coaching
  • Goals for coaching will be determined by the coachee

What is required of coachees:

  • Commit to three (3) Coaching sessions with their individual ICF coach (preferably 2 sessions via phone and 1 session in person during the conference but scheduling will be completely at the discretion the coach and client)
  • Attend the project kick-off call the first week of June. You will receive a calendar invitation and the call will be recorded for your later use if necessary.
  • Complete evaluation form after coaching is completed

Who are the coaches?

The coaches are trained coaches having at least 60 hours of coach specific training, and members of the ICF. They will not necessarily be located in Pittsburgh but will be attending the conference in June.

How will we measure success?

We ask that every coach and coachee complete an evaluation of the program after the completion of their 3 coaching sessions.

You will be invited to attend a kick-off call.  If you are unable to attend, a recording will be available.

Coachee Interest Form

Are you a coach with at least 60 hours of coach-specific training volunteering to coach people serving Pittsburgh Nonprofits?

Coach Interest Form

As part of our 2018 ICF Midwest Region Coaches Conference in Pittsburgh on June 21-23, 2018, our community of coaches is volunteering (free!) coaching to participating nonprofit leaders in the area. As a coach in our community, you have the opportunity to contribute to the local, social impact created through the ICF Midwest Region Coaches Conference.

Once you register as a volunteering coach, you will be thoughtfully paired with a coachee from a nonprofit in the Southwestern PA Region and invited to a kick-off call. The program includes three (3) one-hour coaching sessions for coachees, provided by an eligible coach. Most pairs will schedule two sessions via phone/video call and one in-person during the ICF Midwest Region Coaches Conference, June 21-23. All scheduling is decided between the coach and coachee.

What is required of coaches:

  • Commit to three (3) Coaching sessions with their coachee (preferably 2 sessions via phone and 1 session in person during the conference but scheduling will be completely at the discretion the coach and coachee)
